Pre-Litigation Attorney needed for well-known and long-standing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm based in Las Vegas. If you are licensed in Arizona and live in Arizona the position will be remote. If you live in Las Vegas and are licensed to practice Law in Arizona, the position will be “in office” in Las Vegas.
The ideal Attorney will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law and be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. Licensed in Nevada is a plus. We will consider newly admitted attorneys with little experience as well as seasoned Attorneys.
Requirements:
· Licensed to practice law in Arizona and/or Nevada
· Possess strong leadership skills
· Be organized and able to track your case progression
· Have outstanding people skills
Duties:
· New client intake
· Heavy Client Contact
· Manage your Legal Assistant Team
· Monitor each case as it progresses
· Oversee Demand Letters
· Negotiations

Salary:
Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with your experience, so it can vary from $125K to $160K for experienced Attorneys. We also offer a generous bonus structure.
