Litigation Associate Attorney needed for Walnut Creek, California, Law Firm with 5-7 years of experience practicing law with recent general/business litigation experience.
This is a long-standing (over 4 decades) law firm, with two offices in California and one in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Requirements:
· Licensed to practice law in California
· 5-7 years of practicing law
· Recent experience in general/business litigation
· Excellent research, writing and communication skills
Duties:
· Legal Research and writing
· Attend court hearings, conferences and client meetings
· Negotiate settlements
· Conduct Depositions
· Attend and represent clients in Mediation and Settlement Conferences
· Seve as Trial Counsel and participate in trial preparation
· Heavy Discovery experience
An excellent benefits package is provided and, salary is DOE, however, it is in the ballpark of $160-210K for this position.
