Litigation Associate needed for Las Vegas Law firm with 3-5 years of experience practicing law with recent general/business litigation experience. This Attorney will also handle Construction cases as well.

This is a long-standing (over 4 decades) law firm, with offices in California as well. Having a California license to practice law is a plus; however, is not a requirement.

Requirements:

· Licensed to practice law in Nevada

· 3-5 years of practicing law

· Recent experience in general/business litigation

· Experience in Construction law preferred

· Excellent research, writing and communication skills

Duties:

· Legal Research and writing

· Attend court hearings, conferences and client meetings

· Negotiate settlements

· Conduct Depositions

· Attend and represent clients in Mediation and Settlement Conferences

An excellent benefits package is provided and, salary is DOE, however, it is in the ballpark of $130-150K for this position.
