Pre-Litigation Attorney needed for well-known and long-standing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm.
The ideal Attorney will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law and be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada. However, we will consider newly admitted attorneys with little experience as well as seasoned Attorneys.
Requirements:
· Licensed to practice law in Nevada
· Possess strong leadership skills
· Be organized and able to track your case progression
· Have outstanding people skills
Duties:
· New client intake
· Heavy Client Contact
· Manage your Legal Assistant Team
· Monitor each case as it progresses
· Oversee Demand Letters
· Negotiations

Salary:
Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with your experience, so it can vary from $100K to $160K for experienced Attorneys. We also offer a generous bonus structure.
