Well Established Real Estate Group is seeking an Experienced Litigation Attorney with Real Estate Law experience to join our In-House legal team and work fully REMOTE. We have offices in 3 states and have both Commercial and Residential properties.
Requirements:
· Licensed to practice law in Nevada
· 10 plus years of experience practicing law
· Strong knowledge of Real Estate law and related areas
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work independently
The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a wide range of litigation matters from beginning to end, which includes:
· Analyzing and assessing incoming cases
· Drafting legal documents
· Researching issues
· Negotiations with opposing counsel
