Our Trusts and Estate Planning Law Firm is in search of a Receptionist to join our firm. We have two office locations to choose from.
Law firm experience is desired, however, we will train someone who is just starting out in the legal industry. We also offer room to grow within our firm, so promotions are available.
Requirements:
· Either have prior law firm experience or a strong desire to work in the legal field
· The ability to learn and take direction gracefully
· Able to type and know how to use a computer
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Have a strong work ethic
· Able to work as a team player
Duties:
· Answering phones
· Administrative duties as needed
· Calendaring
· Corresponding with clients
· Assist the Paralegals with daily duties
We work Monday through Friday – a 40 hour work week, provide a competitive salary and a benefits package that includes 100% paid health insurance, 401k, PTO, and more.
