Top Tier Law Firm seeks Two (2) Litigation Legal Assistants to work in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law. This prestigious firm is growing rapidly and we need your help.
If you have a minimum of 2 years as a Litigation Legal Assistant and either have experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law or are interested in learning this area of law, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
· Requesting Medical Records and Bills, when necessary
· Scheduling depositions, hearings, and appointments with clients
· Corresponding with clients
· Organizing documents
· E-filing documents
· Calendaring experience is a plus, but we will train
· Assist the Litigation Paralegals and Attorneys with daily duties
